Service Description

Drawing on her wide scope of training in psychotherapy, life coaching, energy medicine, mindfulness, biofeedback, flower essences and herbal studies, Stecia will weave together the most appropriate and useful tools and practices to customize a path of soul and body attunement and balance for each individual client. This is a month long commitment to get you started on your exploration process and dating journey. We will work together two to three times a week, depending on your needs and preferences. We will begin with exploratory sessions looking at the energetics and stories you are coming in with, what you want to attract, what might be blocking that from manifesting and how to clear it. We will then move into getting you ready and set up to enter the world of online and/or in-person dating. I am always a call or text away to answer any and all questions that come up along the way between sessions. When you book your first session, you will be contacted to reserve your time slots for 2 discussion sessions per week.
