Relationship Coaching

The Relationships we have with others provide us with the greatest opportunities and experiences for learning about ourselves and evolving as a person.  Every interpersonal relationship we have in our lives is unique and different. From a spiritual perspective, it seems people come into each others' lives at certain times to learn certain lessons. Sometimes these relationships are for the purpose of having children, sometimes for personal growth, sometimes for karmic reasons and sometimes to act as mirrors for each other to see where we can do better.  Ultimately, every relationship, no matter how long it lasts, is a gift that can be viewed with gratitude and reverence.  

In our work together, we look at the relationship agreements, assumptions, beliefs, values, goals, dynamics and lessons.  We create a space for each partner in the relationship to feel seen, heard, valued and honored and from that space we look to find the clearest path forward for both partners and the relationship as a unit. We utilize relational tools, personality assessments, object relations theory, family systems theory, energy principles and techniques, and more, to help get you and your partner to embody the relationship you've always wanted to have.​
